Can I Tint My Car Windows In The Winter? | Lake Wallenpaupack, Hawley, Honesdale, Lake Ariel, Hamlin, Waymart, PA

January 5, 2018

Welcome to Backforty Window Tinting, NEPA'S premier window tinting company. We often get asked, “IS IT TOO COLD TO TINT MY CAR?”

Here at Backforty Window Tinting our shop is heated to be able to install the film in a warmer environment.  Normal dry times are usually 2-4 days in the warmer months, however with the colder temperatures it prolongs the curing process of the freshly installed window tint to fully bond to the windows to over a week sometimes up to 2 weeks.   We do our very best to limit the amount of mounting solution we use so the cure time isn’t so long.

Feel free to contact us today to see how we maybe able to help you!!
